The Medieval process of alchemy - the transformation of matter into gold - is represented in ROOMS’ new collection of square and oblong tables. The surface material has been neatly gridded, introducing an urbane and textured finish. The set of four tables - available in three sizes - have been designed in black (metal), dark (rust) and gold (brass). When compared to previous pieces, ROOMS’ somewhat more finished treatment introduces a new depth and significance to the collection.

Rooms, the Tbilisi-based multidisciplinary Interior and product design studio founded by Nata Janberidze and Keti Toloraia, brings a strong graphic presence and exceptional craftsmanship to their products. For the “Wild Minimalism” collection, the duo eschewed the “fake world,” seeking solutions that drew on nature and a primitivism, with pure materials such as stone, wood, brass and glass.
