These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the "kookudesign.com" website and the sale of products offered by KOOKU Gallery, headquartered in Białystok, ul. Warszawska 9/18, 15-062 Białystok, Poland (hereinafter "KOOKU").

Definitions
- "User" — any person using the "kookudesign.com" website.
- "Client" — any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit placing an order.
- "Product" — goods offered for sale on the "kookudesign.com" website.
- "Manufacturer" — the entity producing the product to KOOKU’s or Client’s specifications.
Placing Orders and Contract Formation
- Orders may be placed via the purchasing process on the website or by contacting KOOKU directly.
- By placing an order, you agree to the obligation to pay for the Products ordered.
- A sales contract is concluded once KOOKU sends an email confirming acceptance of the order
Prices and Payment
- Prices listed on the website are net prices; VAT and delivery charges are added separately.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
- Full payment must be received before the order is processed.
Delivery and Receipt of Products
- KOOKU arranges transportation using preferred carriers.
- Responsibility for the Product transfers to the Client upon handover to the carrier.
- The Client must inspect the shipment upon receipt. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Returns and Complaints
- Made-to-order Products cannot be returned or canceled unless defective.
- Complaints regarding Product defects must be submitted to: [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- In the case of an accepted complaint, KOOKU will either replace the Product or refund the payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
KOOKU is not liable for delivery delays, damages occurring during transport after the Product has been handed over to the carrier, or for misuse of Products contrary to provided instructions.
Data Protection
KOOKU processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy available on "kookudesign.com".
Force Majeure
KOOKU shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, transportation disruptions, or supplier shortages.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Białystok, Poland.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on "kookudesign.com" is protected by copyright and remains the property of KOOKU or its partners.
Final Provisions
KOOKU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on "kookudesign.com" and shall become effective upon publication.
