At the very core of my design approach, its philosophy, is an assumption that an interior should represent the intimacy of soul of a person to whom it belongs - in this very case the apartment stands for the soul of KOOKU.” - says Konrad Kudraszow.
The first of the spaces, The Signature Apartment, presents an original configuration of objects from the KOOKU selection, creating an particular, quiet, contemplative atmosphere where rawness and modernity are contrasted with art, craftsmanship and spectacular views. A special role of light and shadow interplay is obtained through panoramic glazing, which brings focus on the texture and structure of objects and emphasizes their shapes and scale.
In the 200m2 interior of one of the most beautiful apartments at Złota 44, one can admire the objects of renowned world designers such as Rick Owens, Christophe Delcourt, Faye Toogood, John Eric Byers, Arno Declercq, Garnier & Linker, Atelier Fevrier and others, presented for the first time in Poland. They are combined with one-off studio creations that are a new definition of modern luxury - based on craftsmanship, top quality, rare materials and an innovative approach to their use.
The uniqueness and artistic character of the interiors are additionally emphasized by carefully selected works of art by leading Polish artists - Tomasz Baran, Natalia Załuska, Jarosław Perszko and Andrzej Strumiłło.
The second of the apartments - Skyloft, presents objects of other artists and designers represented by KOOKU, it is a proposal of a different character. The unique mix of surprising shapes, textures and colors is an energetic composition that redefines the notion of urban luxury and elegance. The interiors of this nearly 200m2 apartment, with spectacular views of the Palace of Culture and Science, includes creations, of Maarten Baas, Nika Zupanc, Jaime Hayon, Christophe Delcourt, Christopher Boots among others, surrounded by Polish art - Pawel Matyszewski, Zuzanna Hertzberg and Natalia Załuska.
