Product description Specification

THAIA is a luminous sculptural series inspired by the myth of the primordial planet Theia and her namesake – the Greek Titaness associated with light, vision, and divine insight. Evoking this convergence of myth and cosmology, THAIA embodies celestial presence, fusing ancient symbolism with contemporary craftsmanship.

At its heart, the THAIA pendant is a grand, domed composition — reminiscent of antique hand-blown chandeliers in its scale, intricacy, and artisanal detail. A hemispherical form, delicately feathered with clear quartz crystals, rests beneath a translucent protective shell. This layered construction both amplifies and softens the crystalline brilliance, forging a silhouette that is simultaneously monumental and ethereal.

By day, THAIA appears as a sculptural artefact: its textured surface refracts natural light into shifting reflections, like lunar dust caught mid-orbit. By night, it becomes a source of warmth — casting ambient radiance through the quartz to create an atmosphere of depth, serenity, and wonder.

The collection also includes the THAIA sconce and THAIA oyster light, both extending the series’ domed language. Anchored by elegantly stepped brass fixings, each piece integrates clear quartz in compositions that feel at once precise and elemental.

Handmade to order in Melbourne, THAIA is crafted from clear quartz, brass, and stainless steel — with custom options including gradient crystal selections available upon request. Every stone is chosen by hand, and every detail invisibly engineered, resulting in lighting pieces that transcend function: designed not just to illuminate, but to endure.

THAIA is a future heirloom — a relic of light from a forgotten planet, reimagined for this one.
